A beforehand unknown Egyptian pyramid relationship again about three,700 years has been found by archaeologists near an historic burial website in Southern Cairo.

The location of the pyramid is to the north of the so-called Bent Pyramid, which was constructed by King Sneferu in about 2,600 BC.

The newly discovered pyramid dates again to the 13th Dynasty, in line with Egypt’s Ahram web site, and is positioned throughout the Dahshur Necropolis – an space alongside the west financial institution of the Nile constructed for the burial of royal relations, experiences RT.

King Sneferu’s Bent Pyramid is thought to be one of many first makes an attempt at constructing an above floor burial monument in Egypt.
