Location of object: Asteroid Eros, crosses Mars orbit
Eros measurement: 16.eight kilometers
This is Eros, an intersecting asteroid-like moon that crosses Mars path. This constructing I found has been seen earlier than, however is commonly confused at being on Phobos and as being the megalith that astronaut Buzz Aldrin was talking of. This object is just too small and on the incorrect moon to be the thing he describes.
This white rectangle construction has one other lengthy tube striation popping out of it. Being on such a small moon with such an odd and unimaginable orbit, I might say that this can be a radar defence station that data all incoming craft in its neighborhood and studies it again to its dwelling planet. Its clearly an space claimed by the species that constructed it.
